  • All drone-captured data, imagery, video, and metadata collected during operations conducted by Sky Commander or its contractors remain the exclusive property of Sky Commander.
  • Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for internal business purposes.
  • Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or resale of captured data may require separate written approval.
  • Sky Commander may use anonymized or abstracted forms of mission data to support service development, benchmarking, or non-client-facing demonstration purposes.

5. Disclosure of Information

Sky Commander may share information with trusted third parties or subcontractors for operational delivery and technical support purposes.

We may also disclose information:

  • To legal or regulatory authorities, when required or deemed reasonably necessary
  • To insurance providers, legal advisors, or emergency response professionals in cases involving claims or incidents
  • To cloud platforms, communication tools, or analytics services under confidentiality obligations

We do not sell personal information under any circumstances.
