Sky Commander provides drone-based inspection, imaging, and aerial data services to clients in infrastructure, energy, utilities, and related sectors. Services may include mission planning, data capture, analysis, reporting, and related deliverables.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or our services at any time without prior notice.

Some services may be governed by additional terms outlined in a written statement of work, agreement, or quote.

Sky Commander reserves all rights not expressly granted.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete project information and instructions
  • Ensuring safe and legal site access for drone operations
  • Obtaining any necessary permissions or permits for aerial inspection

Sky Commander is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by site restrictions, weather, or client-provided data errors.

6. No Warranty

Sky Commander provides its services and this Site “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, including:

  • That our deliverables will meet all expectations unless defined in writing
  • That the Site will be free of bugs, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Your instructions related to project delivery

9. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

We do not guarantee data residency or access control beyond what is commercially reasonable or contractually agreed upon.

We do not knowingly share such data with foreign governments or entities of concern. We strive to use trusted platforms and limit access to only authorized personnel.

Where appropriate, we will consider applicable Canadian regulatory guidance and client policies regarding data handling and retention.

Sky Commander disclaims liability for access, exposure, or misuse of data resulting from third-party breaches, routing paths, or other events beyond our control.

11. Service Suspension and Termination

Sky Commander reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services or communications at our discretion in the event of:

  • Misuse of deliverables
  • Security concerns
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Operational, legal, or regulatory risks

12. Jurisdiction
